Freshlink is operated by Laxmi Enterprises, Mumbai, India. We source, package, and supply spices, grains, oils, and essentials to hotels, restaurants, and cafes (HORECA).
2️⃣ Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability and may be updated anytime.
Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Freshlink reserves the right to revise product prices due to market fluctuations.
3️⃣ Orders & Bulk Supply
Orders can be placed via website, WhatsApp, or direct contact.
Certain items may have a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
Large bulk/custom orders may require advance confirmation.
Freshlink reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
4️⃣ Payment Terms
Accepted Modes: UPI, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Online Payment Gateway.
Payment Plans:
Advance Payment: First-time buyers may need to pay 50–100% upfront.
Weekly Payment Plan: Ongoing clients can settle dues on a weekly basis.
Credit Terms: Available for approved partners with prior agreements.
⏳ Late payments may attract interest charges or lead to temporary suspension of services.
5️⃣ Delivery & Logistics
Freshlink offers doorstep delivery in Mumbai and nearby regions.
Outstation deliveries are handled by trusted logistics partners.
Delivery timelines will be shared at order confirmation, but Freshlink is not liable for delays due to strikes, natural events, or third-party issues.
6️⃣ Returns & Replacements
Returns accepted only if:
✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Product damaged in transit
✅ Quality issues reported within 24 hours
❌ No returns for opened, partially used, or improperly stored items.
7️⃣ Quality Assurance
All Freshlink products are sourced from certified suppliers and meet FSSAI standards.
Slight variations in color, aroma, or texture may occur naturally and do not indicate a defect.
8️⃣ Branding & Trademarks
The Freshlink name, logo, and branding are intellectual property of Laxmi Enterprises.
Unauthorized usage or reproduction of our brand is strictly prohibited.
9️⃣ Liability Disclaimer
Freshlink is not responsible for:
Losses due to misuse of products
Indirect damages (e.g., business loss, delays caused by logistics partners)

Freshlink only collects essential data for order processing & communication.
Customer data is never sold and shared only when needed for delivery or legal purposes.
